The location was convenient, close to golf courses and restaurants. The breakfast options were lacking, and the pool seemed unclean.

Tbh, had a such great stay for a business trip. Prime location to anyone traveling love the area, courteous staff, everything was great. We needed Wheelchair Accessible room with a bar and bathroom, as example and it was available. We had a microwave and a fridge. Location: the hotel was just off several restaurants and shops and resturants and stores.

Had a peaceful stay, the hotel is convenient and cheerful.

We had brand-new room with central heating, television and a microwave.

This place is situated in a very popular area with an amazing location, and we had a very comfortable stay thanks to the friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel has been recently refurbished. The staff is always genuinely helpful. The breakfast includes fruit, scrambled eggs, and bacon. Check-in is easy and the service is excellent. The pool is clean and relaxing.

Arrived in the evening and were very nicely received by the older white-haired gentleman, he solved even small problems charmingly and uncomplicated! The first hotel on our three-week round trip with magnifying mirror and good light in the bathroom. Very big room.

Breakfast is not the same standard as the previous BW Hotels, Houskeeping knocks on the door very motivated well before the checkout time. Pool needs renovation.

I can recommend and would use them next time. The hotel is bright with a marvelous location close to everything. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with the sleeper sofa. Good breakfast and care about everyone.

Our room stunk like cigarettes, the front desk advised me that there was no more available rooms,(i went out and bought air freshners)and our phone wasnt working, the front desk attendant had to go to our room to fix it. Ppillows were too small, I called the front desk after they cleaned our room because we were short a towel and the towel floor mat and they didnt accommodate by bringing it to my room, they advised me they were at the desk that I can come get them. There wasn't a big sitting area in the lobby and it didnt have a TV, so another couple asked to sit in the breakfast area and the front desk attendant gave them a problem and then said it was okay, the other couple's son took a hot chocolate, and then the front desk attendant came up to him like he was stealing and said she got him on camera. The boy didnt know he couldnt have it, they were on the counter and other guests were drinking coffee. If you arent aloud to have them, then they should be a sign stating not to drink the hot chocolate or they should be put away.

Best Best Western Plus I've ever stayed in. Clean and friendly. Good location with restaurants nearby.

I did not expect the room to be that spectacular for the price I paid. It was more than accommodating. Loved it

The only thing I didn't like was that my remote control didn't work even with a swap out it still wouldn't work.

The facility is not the cleanest. I had to kill to roaches in my room. The towels were dirty and had hair in them.
